In December 2021, A&R Services completed a management buy-out which saw co-founder Ashley take the role of managing director with two other long-serving staff members becoming directors, Chloe Stanford and Dora Vasarhelyi.
Funded by the Development Bank of Wales, A&R have continued their success since the MBO was finalised just over a year ago. Since then, they have picked up some key client wins in Wales and the Southwest of England, as well as growing their team to over 350 strong.

Ashley Davies
Ashley has been with A&R Services since it began over 12 years ago. Serving as the Financial Director, he has consistently worked hard behind the scenes to ensure that A&R achieved sustainable growth and had stable foundations.
With the addition of two new directors, Ashley has ensured the success of the company and looks to progress further with the new management team.
Chloe Stanford
Chloe has had a unique journey in the business. Beginning as an office apprentice, she worked her way up to office manager before taking on her new role as Executive Director.
In her time with A&R Services, she has worked closely with many different departments and has her fingers on the pulse, providing valuable insights and strategies that drive the company forwards.
Dora Vasarhelyi
Dora began her career with A&R Services as a Commercial Cleaner. Learning the business from the ground up, she progressed to Commercial Manager, Operations Manager and now Client Engagement Director.
In her time, not only has she developed her knowledge, but has developed fantastic relations with our clients and staff to ensure that not only are clients happy, but that we continue to exceed standards.
Named in the Fast Growth 50 for the 6th consecutive year, A&R Services look to continue their success following the MBO in December 2021.
