A&R Services had humble beginnings, starting as an ironing business by Rayner Davies. Soon, her then-husband joined the business and became a fast-growing domestic cleaning business, providing many job opportunities in the local area.
These days, A&R Services is recognised as a leading soft services company, providing quality commercial cleaning, security services and more across Wales and the South West of England. With over 350 employees, they are proud to hold partnerships with other flagship businesses such as Welsh Water, Snowdonia National Park and One Central Square.
After a recent MBO, they look to build upon all they have done in the last 12 years. Now picking up more clients in the South West of England, A&R Services firmly have their sights on another period of growth, providing employment opportunities throughout the country, as well as top-level service.
