Recently appointed a Director, Chloe has been part of the A&R Family for over seven years and has become a real success story for the company.
Chloe is a very driven young talent who has been through a range of NVQ’s, and management training programmes, and accumulated extensive knowledge of our business and the soft services industry giving us a real competitive advantage.
What do you do for us?
My role at A&R Services is primarily looking after the general running of the business, alongside shaping the business strategy. I work closely with our other Directors to ensure that our decision-making is solely focused on the benefit of A&R Services, which has earned me the nickname of “Mrs. Reliable”!
What did you do before A&R Services?
I’ve been at A&R for my whole career, during my time here I started out as an Office Administrator, working my way up to Office Manager and after this years’ management buyout, Executive Director.
What do you like about A&R Services?
It’s a cliché these days, but our team really is one big family. We have all bought into the culture of A&R and what the business stands for. Throughout the last seven years, with the growth we’ve experienced I can only see the business continuing on it’s upward trajectory – with some exciting plans ahead of us!
Describe your personality in three words?
Dependable, organised, and calm.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I have a real passion for continuous learning, not just to support my working life but also outside of work. I’ve just started working my way through the classics, I’m currently reading How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie.
Chloe prides herself on developing close relationships with our staff and clients. She has been instrumental in our business journey and we can’t wait to see where her ideas will take the company in 2022 and beyond.
