Oversees business performance, growth, and continuous improvement across the organisation. Progressed from apprentice to part of the management buyout team in 2021. Outside of work, enjoys travelling and spending time with family.

Head of Operations
Oversees service delivery, compliance, and performance across multiple sites, bringing 27 years of senior operational experience within the retail sector. Outside of work, enjoys sport, family time, and gardening.
Lucy-Ann Williams
Office Manager
Oversees office operations and HR processes, with a background of 27 years in the airline industry, progressing to Regional Manager. Outside of work, enjoys music, scooter rallies, and family time.

Commercial Manager
Manages client relationships, contracts, and service delivery, with a strong background in operations and team development. Outside of work, enjoys spending time outdoors and with family and friends.

Facilities Manager
Oversees service delivery on a key contract, ensuring high standards and performance, with over 15 years’ industry experience. Outside of work, supports QPR and plays in a local darts league.
